The Minister of Labour, Pension System, Family, and Social Policy has extended the application of the Collective Agreement for the Construction Industry to cover all employers and workers in Croatia's construction sector.
This update, effective from September 1, 2023, includes a base salary increase for construction workers, ranging from €780 to €2,000 depending on job complexity.
The new rates and all other provisions took effect with the September payroll and were published in the Official Gazette, No. 100/23.
