The project covers a six-floor, 11,247 m² building originally built in 1952. Planned renovation include partial replacement of internal structures, installation of two new elevators, full replacement of doors and windows, added thermal insulation, and enhanced fire safety measures. Technical upgrades include new heating, cooling, electrical, plumbing, and sewage systems. Valued at €8,589,515.98 (excluding VAT), construction is expected to start in November or December 2023.
